As the situation has evolved over the last months Morningstar Digital has been increasing our planning efforts. While the future is uncertain, we are confident that our team is agile enough to respond to changing conditions quickly.
Some key parts of our strategy:
- Virtual Team: Morningstar Digital has had the systems in place for our team to work remotely for years. Our ability to provide our services is mostly unaffected. We are encouraging our team to self-isolate and follow governing bodies instructions on social distancing. Face to face client contacts are being minimised to essential meetings, with Skype meetings being offered as an alternative.
- Client Digital Strategy: Morningstar Digital is assisting clients with their digital strategy as their interactions with clients change over the coming days. As the public looks to minimise human contact we are helping our clients with their digital communication channels.
- Discounted Rates: Morningstar Digital understands many businesses will be facing unsure economic futures and want to play a part in the survivability of fellow Australian business. Morningstar Digital is offering discounted rates on web design and development services for the immediate future to those business affected by COVID-19.
- Suppliers: Morningstar Digital is opening a line of communication with key suppliers to ensure business interruptions are being minimised. In some cases contingency plans are being developed.
