Olly is a Veteran with over 25 years of service in the Australian Defense Force. With 15 Years as a Physical Training Instructor, he has served previously on numerous RAN Warships & Land Base Units as PTI. For Olly, changing your mindset, implementing good daily PT habits and being realistic with your goals are very important qualities in attaining your body and mind’s full potential.
