Born to Sleep

I believe babies are born with 4 basic needs. What I like to call the four foundations. Great Sleep, Healthy Nutrition, Challenging Movement and human Connection. If all of these are met, then you will have a thriving baby. And we all want that right?

So why do I focus on sleep? Well, after months of sleep deprivation, I Began to feel the breakdown of my other foundations. I snacked on unhealthy food, moved my body less, and lost connection with my husband and my children. I knew this wasn’t how parenting was supposed feel. I also knew my baby was struggling to cope too. So, I went on a mission for more sleep and it was a game changer!

Now, as a certified sleep coach, psychology student and Mum of 2, I am on a mission to help babies and parents thrive, through the wonders of sleep.
